AGILE BEAST

AGILE BEAST is an education and training program for dedicated students and movement professionals. Its focus is evolved movement training, a system for improving athleticism across the board by using variations on the foundational kinetic patterns of our species: crawl & climb, walk & run, jump & throw.

AGILE BEAST sessions include information on anatomy, biomechanics and physiology. This empowers participants to develop full-body coordination while maintaining the alignment of their joints and building balanced myofascical tension. Participants activate their innate athleticism and learn to move creatively and spontaneously.

You can become an AGILE BEAST by joining live weekly classes online or in-person, by attending semi-annual intensives and by accessing the recorded workshop series for an in-depth study at home.
