bodyWAGGING: Contemporary Dance meets Biomechanics

Wednesdays, 10am-11:30am

@ Finnish Hall in Berkeley, CA

bodyWAGGING is for dancers, movers, athletes and bodyworkers craving dance that is both dynamic AND healthy. Come learn how to use your body to get more (dancing) done and have more ease and fun when you move! We will explore how to be more efficient, generate more power, and be better coordinated, while learning fun dance phrases and breaking down the details.

Student empowerment and education are at the forefront of Sebastian's dance classes. You will not just learn How to move, but Why.

bodyWAGGING incorporates information from the Axis Syllabus, a detailed compilation of knowledge based on functional anatomy and biomechanics. Sebastian has been a professional dancer since 2006 and has taught biomechanics to dancers since becoming certified as an Axis Syllabus teacher in 2011.

Open to All Levels.
